Which are the shipment methods?

Packages are usually shipped 48h after receiving your payment.
Delivery is standard delivery by Colissimo or DHL , signature required.
A link will be mailed to you as soon as possible, so you can easily follow the shipment of your order.
Delivery fee includes shipping and handling.
It is made of a partly fixed rate and a variable part according to weight.  
We advise you to regroup purchases to one single order, as to avoid paying twice. If you are outside of France you will avoid paying twice taxes if applicable.
Special care will be taken in packing fragile objects.

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
