  • Where can I receive my order?
    It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box)
  • Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
    No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.
  • What about the shipping methods?
    Packages are usually shipped 48h after receiving your payment. Delivery is standard delivery by Colissimo or DHL , signature required. A link will be mailed to you as soon as possible, so you can easily follow the shipment of your order. Delivery fee includes shipping and handling. It is made of a partly fixed rate and a variable part according to weight. We advise you to regroup purchases to one single order, as to avoid paying twice. If you are outside of France you will avoid paying twice taxes if applicable. Special care will be taken in packing fragile objects.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Delivery times depend on where you are, and usually take between 3 to 8 working days.
  • Can I know what the status of my order is?
    Yes. Click on the orders section in "YOUR ACCOUNT" and you will be able to track your order in real time. *Please note: karnitaharoni.com is not responsible for payment of any customs, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country of residence.
  • How do I return an item?
    Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding receipt.
  • Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
    No, we offer free return shipping.
  • How will I receive my refund?
    Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
