Customs duties and taxes for non-EU countries
In case of shipments that are made to non-European countries, no VAT is charged. As soon as the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner DHL. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective articles. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.
Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by DHL by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by karnitaharoni.com even in the case that the articles should be returned.

Duties & Taxes
Customs duties and taxes within the European Union
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.
The following countries are members of the European Union:
Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (South Cyprus only).
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
Returns from outside the EU
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt.
Using the enclosed return form, indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.
Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
Fill in the Return Pro-Forma Invoice, insert 3 of the 4 copies in the see-through envelope and attach it to the package, without closing it.
There are 2 options for handing over the package to DHL: drop-off or pickups. With drop-off you can leave a labelled DHL package at a drop-off store and for pickups you can arrange collection with this link: https://mydhl.express.dhl/us/en/schedule-pickup.html#/schedule-pickup#label-reference
Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt.
All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase)
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in case of return.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached
• Merchandise must be returned in one package
• Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS)
• We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
• Customised items cannot be returned.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
• The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
All orders are shipped worldwide via COLISSIMO (France) and DHL. All shipments that are sent by karnitaharoni.com, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in case of return.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
Please be aware that sales taxes, customs duties, and handling costs will be charged by DHL on an individual basis directly upon shipment as far as non-European Union (EU) countries are concerned, and will not be refunded by karnitaharoni.com in case the articles are returned.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of French public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
