The style and elegance of the Day shirt takes its inspiration from 20’s fashion, and more accurately from black & white family photo’s of Karnit’s grand-mother during that period, an inspirational and creative woman who was chic elegant and fearless.
Fitted cut with slightly ballooned sleeves, pleated into the small cuffs, so favoured in the mid 20’s, with a half moon french lace insertion in the front and back. 
 
A polo neck collar, buttoned in the back with two elegant mother of pear buttons.
All this results in a swan-like shaping of the neck, and an elegant posture.
The Dazy shirt in sand is made in the luxury sand date-tree jacquard, and the soft floating lace comes from Calais, an area known for its fine french lace “savoir-faire”. 
 
It’s made in a family owned company for generations, and on the original lace machines.
The dragon embroidery, in ton-sur-ton is on the upper left sleeve .
